Cédric Benoit (Le Clotagnas)

Domaine Le Clotagnas is a small artisanal wine estate created in 2023 & located in Vailhan, in the heart of the Hérault within the Languedoc region, dedicated to producing authentic, terroir-expressive wines. The estate is led by Cédric Benoit, owner and winemaker, who embarked on his winemaking journey after a career change and released his first vintage in 2024. Le Clotagnas focuses on small-production, mono-cépage wines that reflect the diversity of the local soils — from argilo-calcareous to schist-influenced terroirs — bringing freshness, minerality and a clear expression of varietal character.
