Domaine la Haute Févrie
Domaine la Haute Févrie is a historic, family-run estate in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine appellation, just 18 kilometers southeast of Nantes. Led by Sébastien Branger, the domaine spans 26 hectares of vineyards divided into unique plots between the Sèvre and Maine rivers, with diverse soils like gneiss, orthogneiss, and amphibolites.
Committed to sustainable viticulture, the estate has been certified organic since 2015. Practices such as hand-harvesting, yield control, and minimal intervention allow the wines to express the terroir’s purity and character.
Known for their freshness, precision, and saline minerality, the wines range from vibrant Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine to complex, single-vineyard crus like Château-Thébaud and Monnières-Saint Fiacre. The domaine is celebrated as one of Muscadet’s finest producers, crafting elegant, terroir-driven wines that embody both tradition and respect for nature.
