Founded in 1982 by Valter Scarbolo, Scarbolo Winery is now in the hands of the next generation: siblings Lara and Mattia Scarbolo. Nestled between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, the winery is renowned for its dedication to crafting high-quality white wines, with a special focus on Pinot Grigio from the Grave appellation.

With grapes from the Gjats and Stradele vineyards, harvested and pressed together. The wine matures in tonneaux, laying on the lees for one year and a half. Bottle aged for at least six months.

100% Pinot Grigio made with grapes picked from the Pozzut, Bicinins and Codis vineyards. Cold macerated for a day, the wine ferments
(in white) and matures in large oak vessels, laying on the lees for seven months. Bottle aged for 10 weeks.

100% Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso with grapes from the Braida di Chiase vineyard. Fermented in open tonneaux and macerated until year’s end, the wine matures in tonneaux and barriques for three years. Bottle aged for at least nine months.

100% Pinot Grigio made with grapes picked from the oldest vines of the Pozzut vineyard, high in limestone. The wine matures in large
oak vessels, laying on the lees for one year

and a half. Bottle aged for at least six months.

100% Pinot Grigio with grapes from millerandage affected vines of the Codis vineyard. The wine ferments on the skins and matures in tonneaux, laying on the lees for one year and a half. Bottle aged for at least six months.
